By Jennifer Herbert
A lost balloon in the breeze
An abandoned raft at sea
Drifting in a drowsy haze
You let it all go so easily
Voices faded and blurred
Droplets of murmurs and hums
Relaxation seeps its way in
Air softly knocking on eardrums
Ripples in the wind
Gently holding your figure
Floating across the cool warmth
Sipping the sun like liquor

Floating in the summer is a much enjoyed poem to have read.
